Lakshmi Narasimhaswamy Temple in Poovarasankuppam is about 1200 years old.
In this temple Lord Mahalakshmi partially faces the lord as if in a conversation with him, forwarding the bakthas prayers, she also bestows her blessings with her glance at the bhaktas who visit her temple.
This is very very rarely seen in Lakshmi Narasimman Temples.
